For those looking to start their day earlier, our luxury Getting Ready Suite at Casa Rialto, our boutique hotel located next door, is available beginning at 9:00 AM and provides the perfect space to relax, get ready, and enjoy the morning with your wedding party before your celebration begins.

What is the closest train station to the venue?

What is the guest capacity at Villa Venezia?
Villa Venezia can grandly accommodate elegant events for up to 300 guests. Our architecture features grand spaces designed to maximize guest comfort and flawless traffic flow:
The Allegra Ballroom: Our flagship space featuring soaring ceilings and dazzling chandeliers, built to comfortably host grand galas and receptions for 125 to 300 guests.
The Venezia Ballroom: A luminous, classic space accented by sparkling crystal chandeliers, perfect for intimate receptions or ceremonies of 75 to 125 guests.
Rialto Hallway: A stunning, beautifully lit transitional corridor featuring our signature flower wall, ideal for hosting elegant cocktail hours for up to 250 guests. The space seamlessly extends into our outdoor Pergola, allowing guests to enjoy both indoor and outdoor cocktail hour experiences in a beautiful, open-air setting.
What outdoor settings do you offer for wedding ceremonies?
We offer tranquil, beautifully manicured outdoor garden ceremony sites featuring classic stone paved walkways, lush backdrops, and architectural grandeur. If inclement weather occurs, our stunning indoor ballroom acts as a fully climate-controlled, majestic backup setting.
Will there be another wedding happening at the same time as mine?
We honor the exclusivity and importance of your milestone day. Our master calendar is carefully managed so that your booked ballroom, cocktail corridors, and private preparation suites remain completely exclusive to your wedding party during your contracted hours.
Is catering handled on-site, and can menus be customized?
Yes, Villa Venezia is an award-winning, family-owned, full-service venue known for exceptional hospitality. Our elite culinary team handles all catering and premium bar packages on-site. We specialize in fine dining executed at scale and happily customize menus to accommodate food allergies, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or dairy-free paths.
Do you offer wedding weekend packages?
While we do not offer a traditional wedding weekend package, we can certainly accommodate you and your guests for an unforgettable weekend celebration.
Friday: Check into Casa Rialto Hotel and kick off the festivities with a welcome dinner at Andiamo or on the Villa Giardino Patio.
Saturday: Start the day in the Getting Ready Suite at Casa Rialto, followed by your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and an optional after-party in Rialto Hall.
Sunday: Gather in the Venezia Ballroom for a farewell brunch and one last opportunity to celebrate with family and friends before heading home.
